Details required : characters remaining Cancel Submit 1 person found this reply helpful. I'm running Windows 7 x64 Professional, and my Sidewinder Precision 2 joystick is working. Drivers were automatically installed when I connected the joystick, and it shows up in the Devices and Printers section of the Windows Control panel. Using the SideWinder Precision 2 Joystick Properties, I can test the buttons and axes to see if they are working, and it's working fully. The only thing a bit disappointing is that I can't find any software download for the Sidewinder Precision 2 joystick to enable me to use macros and to program the controls on the joystick to work as I want them to.

In reply to Vinod Archak's post on January 21, Hey, I couldnt find the troubleshooter on that link, however i ran the windows troubleshooter for configuring a device and it recognised one problem: Hardware changes might not have been detected Detected! After finishing the trouble shooter the joystick still did not work I should have probably told you that the joystick was working fine with no problems before the latest windows update, after the update it disapears from devices and printers and does not work.
